Some days, my job doesn’t even feel like work - this was one of those days!
Kristina and Steve are recently engaged, head over heels in love, and a dream to photograph. We did their engagement session at Crystal Crescent Beach, just outside of Halifax, and were graced with a gorgeous sunset to finish off the shoot!
They also brought along their pup, Casey, who stole the show for a few photos (before running off to play ball further down the beach). A lot of clients ask if they can bring their dog for photos - the answer is always YES, PLEASE! Let me know in advance and I’ll come bearing the best dog treats.
Crystal Crescent Beach is one of my all-time favourite places to shoot, because of the variety you can capture within one location. We started with the sun high in the sky for our boardwalk photos, headed into the tall grass for sunset and then hit the main beach for blue hour to capture the pink afterglow. Which part do you like best?
